About Michelle Weber…
Michelle Weber is the owner of Family Enrichment Tools, LLC; a company dedicated to helping families nurture and celebrate character while building strong social skills and connected relationships. When she isn’t helping parents learn about character, communication, integrity, etc., you can catch Michelle
Face Timing with her daughters, at one of the many yoga studios in Charlotte or enjoying Real Time with the amazing people in her life.
Michelle earned her B.A in Psychology from the University of Maryland. She attributes her greatest parenting and life lessons to years of trial and error – lots of trials and lots of errors.
Knowing that character is the universal equalizer and the foundation for how we make choices, Michelle created fun family traditions to celebrate her children’s choices and character. “Focusing on character levels the playing field and allows everyone to be successful, regardless of their strengths or weakness. This is incredibly important when you have children who are each incredibly unique and beautiful in their own way. And let’s face it, we are all incredibly unique.”
Realizing the impact they had on her and her children, Michelle created the Family Honor Plate and Table Thyme Discussion Cards so other parents could be equipped with these tools as well.
With nine character traits listed in the center, the Family Honor Plate empowers parents in three easy steps:
1. Be the example
2. Look for the examples of character.
3. Celebrate their character by presenting their meal on the Family Honor Plate.
Michelle created the Table Thyme Discussion Cards to help families take discussions to a deeper level, creating stronger communications skills and connected relationships. Each question is followed by the question “Why?”. This is “where the magic happens”. This is where you get to know each other and even yourself better.
